(KNOX CO.) - Around noon on Saturday, an Indiana State Trooper was attending the opening ceremonies for the South Knox Little League in Monroe City when he was notified by several people that there was a fight between a man an woman in progress.
When the trooper went to investigate 38-year-old Jack McIntire, of Vincennes was in an argument with his ex-wife and had pushed her to the ground.
The woman did not require medical attention. Police arrested McIntire on domestic battery and he was taken to the Knox County Jail.
