(FRANKLIN) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an all terrain vehicle crash that occurred Saturday night in Johnson County.
According to Indiana Conservation Officer Jon Fenning, 24-year-old Ashley Beezley of Franklin and her 3-year-old nephew both suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police say Beezley was operating the ATV with her nephew on private property in western Johnson County when she lost control, causing the ATV to strike a wood pile, ejecting both riders.
Beezley was treated at Johnson Memorial Hospital, while her nephew was transported to Riley Hospital in Indianapolis. Neither Beezley or her nephew were wearing safety equipment.
At this time no charges are being pursued, however the case is still under investigation.
