Two Arrested For Dealing Meth In Jennings County

(JENNINGS CO.) - Two people were arrested this week after police say they discovered crystal methamphetamine worth $5,000 at a Jennings County residence.

The Tribune reports that 62-year-old Larry Covington of Nabb and 40-year-old Heather Lamaster of North Vernon each face felony charges of dealing meth, and possession of meth after police searched Lamaster's residence at Country Squire Lakes.

The incident that led to their arrests began about 7:20 p.m. Monday when officers with the Jennings County Sheriff's Department investigated a report of drug activity from a resident along Shakertown Way in Country Squire Lakes.
