(MIAMI CO) - A criminal investigation by Indiana State Police Detective Josh Rozzi resulted in the arrest of 37-year-old Ryan McCabe of Walton.
Cabe was arrested at his home when Trooper Matthew Moon served him with a Miami Superior Court II arrest warrant alleging two felony counts of voyeurism. He was transported to the Miami County Jail.
Detective Rozzi started his investigation after the Logansport Police Department requested technical assistance with a Cass County criminal investigation. During that investigation, Rozzi allegedly discovered evidence that McCabe used a video recording device, in an attempt to record female patrons, as they utilized tanning beds at a Miami County tanning salon. The alleged incidents occurred on two separate occasions, once in November of 2014 and again in March 2015.
This is an ongoing investigation.
