(INDIANAPOLIS) - A 23-year-old Indianapolis woman was arrested Saturday on charges of aggravated battery with a motor vehicle.
Police were called to the Magnolia Bar on the 8100 block of East 21st Street just after 12:30 a.m. on a report of a person struck by a vehicle.
Officers arrived to find a woman lying on the ground in the parking late suffering from obvious trauma. Police said the victim was going in-and-out of consciousness and would "sporadically scream out in pain."
Witnesses at the scene said they observed the victim inside the bar with a woman, identified as 23-year-old Ciera Riley.
