(BLACKFORD COUNTY) - Authorities are continuing to search for a shooter they say killed two people in Hartford City Thursday morning.
It happened at the Hartford Square Apartments. Police say a man was shot in the head while standing outside the apartment complex. The shooter then walked into the building and fatally shot the female victim.
Authorities believe the shootings were planned.
Residents say the victims are father and daughter.
The shooter is described as an older man with gray hair and a gray goatee. So far, no arrests have been made.
Hartford City's last homicide was back in 2001.
