(SELMA) - One man is dead after an early morning fire in the small town Selma, just east of Muncie.
The name of the man has not been released.
The Selma Fire Department confirmed that crews with Liberty Township responded to the fire sometime around 7 a.m. Monday at a home in the area of Sunset Drive and Jackson Street.
Investigators said someone was driving by a home in the 10,000 block of Jackson Street when they noticed smoke coming out of the front door.
When firefighters arrived, they said flames were shooting through the roof and there was a truck parked outside.
