(GREENCASTLE) - A Greencastle couple face charges after allegedly giving alcohol to their two young kids.
42-year old Jeffrey Wilkins and his 22-year old wife Ashley face are charged with child neglect and furnishing alcohol to a minor after Department of Child Services workers got a video of the couple actually providing alcohol to their children, ages 3 years and 18 months.
Ashley Wilkins initially denied the claim, but changed her story after DCS employees told them of the video.
