(EVANSVILLE) - Evansville police say a woman was robbed outside her home while she was holding a child.
It happened Monday morning around 7:45 at an apartment complex in the 1100 block of Lincoln Ave.
Police say the woman was going into her apartment while holding her son when a man stuck a gun in her back and forced her to hand over her wallet.
The man got away with about $600.
Both the woman and the child were uninjured.
Police say the suspect is still on the loose and anyone with information is asked to call the Evansville Police Department.
