(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis chiropractor faces charges of dealing controlled substances.
Dr. Pynkerton Newton faces four felonies as the result of a State Police investigation after complaints were filed with the DEA.
Court documents indicate Newton offered a weight loss program and provided medications and B-12 shots to a confidential source on several occasions.
Police say Newton is not licensed with the DEA to administer or prescribe controlled substances.
