(ANDERSON) - An Anderson couple face charges of bestiality after Madison County prosecutors say they recorded video of the woman performing sex acts with a dog.
33-year-old Nikki Colleen Murphy-Johnson and 37-year-old Jason Erin Johnson were charged Thursday.
Prosecutors say the couple face three counts of bestiality in connection with videos and photos they made together with their family dog, a pit bull named Lucky. The alleged incidents occurred in June and July 2014.
The two are accused of posting those videos on the website Beastforum. A police detective in Fairfax County, Virginia flagged the posts and determined they came from Anderson, Indiana. The detective forwarded the information to Anderson Police.
Police say Murphy-Johnson and her husband admitted to creating and posting the video. Their dog was removed from their home.
