(CLINTON) - A five month investigation lands two Clinton residents behind bars.
Authorities say a 13-year-old girl was pressured into having sex with 19-year-old Kenneth Philhower IV while his girlfriend, 22-year-old Amber Gibson, watched.
The three reportedly also drank and smoked K2 spice on the night of the alleged incident. According to the Probable Cause Affidavit, the victim reported waking up to Philhower IV trying to tie her up with a rope.

Philhower IV faces charges child molesting and maintaining a common nuisance while Gibson faces charges of aiding child molesting and maintaining a common nuisance. They remain in the Vermillion County Jail.
