(MUNCIE) - According to a Delaware Circuit Court, a 55-year-old Muncie man has been sentenced to 56 years in prison.
Marcus Tabb was found guilty of not stopping abuse that led to the June 2013 death of his wife's 5-year-old cousin.
A jury found Tabb guilty of neglect of a dependent resulting in death and aiding, inducing or causing battery.
The jury also said Tabb taped his wife Charlene beating kids in their home with a power cord.
