Juvenile Charged With Reckless Homicide Will Not Be Moved To Adult Court

Last updated on Wednesday, December 3, 2014

(SOUTH BEND) - A northern Indiana teen involved in a fatal crash will not have his case waived to adult court.

Prosecutors say the teen was driving in August 2013 when his vehicle crossed the center line colliding with an SUV. Three South Bend residents were killed in the crash.

The prosecutor's office filed a motion to get the case waived to adult court, but a juvenile court judge said there was not probable cause of reckless homicide in the case.
