(MUNCIE) - A Fort Wayne teenager was arrested Saturday after homeowners near Ball State University allegedly found him passed out in their bathroom.
Indiana State Excise Police officers said they found the 19-year-old passed out on a toilet in the home with the hood of his sweatshirt pulled over his head.
The homeowners said they didn't recognize the teen, and thought he had gained entry through the home's backdoor, which had been left unlocked.
The teen was found when the homeowners returned around 3:14 a.m. Saturday.
A preliminary breath test returned a blood alcohol content of .161 percent for the teen. He was charged with minor consumption and taken to Delaware County Jail.
Police said there was no indication anything in the home was stolen or damaged.
