(TERRE HAUTE) - A man who eluded arrest since 1990 is now heading to prison.
70-year-old Jerry Strain pleaded guilty to two counts of child molesting. A judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
His case dates back to July of 1990, when two teens came forward saying that Strain had been molesting them for at least a year. Strain was 45 years old at the time.
Police in Ohio located Strain, who has been in jail since his arrest.
Strain does not have to register as a sex offender because no sex offender registry existed back in 1990.
