Two Arrested After Meth Fueled Feces Fight

Last updated on Friday, October 31, 2014

(EVANSVILLE) - Evansville Police say two people were arrested on child neglect charges after an altercation involving animal feces.

Police say they responded to a home on E. Franklin St. where they found 23-year-old Terri Patterson outside soaking wet, with blood bare feet, and animal feces in her hair. They say she was screaming and banging on the door.

Officers say 29-year-old Nicholas Schelb opened the door, holding a small child.

Reports say that Nicholas, the child, and a baby in a nearby car seat had animal feces on them as well.

The two had allegedly been in an argument when the man threw the animal feces and broke glass collectibles throughout the home.

We're told Terri and Nicholas also tested positive for meth.

The two were arrested and charged with child neglect

Schelb is also facing several counts of battery.
