Avon Wins Marching Band Competition; Carmel Places Second

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Bands of America 2014 Super Regional Champion is Avon High School.

Avon High School also won Outstanding Music Performance and Outstanding General Effect.

Carmel High School placed second and also won Outstanding Visual Performance.

Several other Indiana high school marching bands also participated.

Bands from across the nation compete in four different BOA Super Regional events, including the one this weekend in Indianapolis.

Here are the final results from the Indianapolis competition:

79.15 - Bentonville H.S., AR
