Three Arrested, Two Hurt During Robbery

(EVANSVILLE) - Evansville police say three men are arrested and two people are taken to the hospital after an armed robbery.

It happened just before 1 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Irvington Ave.

According to a police report, officers went to check out a possible hold up in progress after someone reported hearing screaming coming from a home.

When officers arrived at the scene the victims told police that three men had just tried to rob them at gun point.

EPD says officers were able to get the names of the suspects: 19-year-old Kenneth Kirby, 20-year-old Nikolas Jordan and 21-year-old Daniel Jordan.

Officers found the suspects at a home in the 5800 block of Springfield Road. They were arrested and taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail. They are being held with no bond.

Police say two victims were taken to Deaconess Hospital to be treated for injuries they received during the robbery.

No word on their condition.
