(INDIANAPOLIS) - A SWAT situation involving a veteran Indianapolis police officer ended peacefully Sunday.
Police responded to a suicidal person at the Amberley Crossing Condominiums and attempted to make contact with the former top ranking commander.
The unnamed officer emerged from his south side condominium eight hours later and was taken to the hospital for observation.
