(ELKHART) - Authorities have identified the man who was fatally shot by Elkhart City Police during a foot pursuit.
Officers responded to the Washington Gardens apartment complex Tuesday and attempted to serve a felony warrant when 32-year-old Joseph Adam Lee took off running. Officers gave chase for about a block through the apartment complex when Lee pulled a gun and was shot by officers.
