(KOKOMO) - A Kokomo man was arrested this week in connection to a deadly fire back in May.
Police arrested Daniel L. Mosley on Monday on a warrant for murder and arson resulting in bodily injury, the Kokomo Tribune reports.
Mosley's arrest stems from a fire on May 12 that killed 28-year-old Josh Paul. Paul was initially rescued from the fire on South Union Street and later died from his injuries.
Mosley was being held without bond pending an initial hearing.
