(UNDATED) - A Jeffersonville man has been executed in Missouri.
Missouri prison officials executed Jeffersonville native Earl Ringo Junior for his part in a 1998 murder near the University of Missouri campus.
Ringo was living in Jeffersonville at the time of the murder but was in Missouri to pick up some furniture.
Ringo was the eighth inmate to be put to death this year in Missouri and the tenth since last November.
