(TERRE HAUTE) - If you notice your hometown stepping up its game in the next few months it’s because the community has winning in mind!
Frontier Communications is launching America's Best Communities or ABC.
It is a competition to grow and revitalize small cities and towns with an $8.5 million prize. Communities that take part will submit innovative plans to re-energize their local economies.
Frontier and Dish are partners in the ABC program.
Any community with a population between 9,500 and 80,000, and in Frontier's service area, may apply.
The top three competition winners will be announced in October 2017.
