Smokey Cockpit Forces Emergency Landing

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A smoking cockpit caused a pilot to make an emergency landing in Indianapolis Thursday night.

The United Express plane was heading to Chicago from Columbus, but soon after takeoff, an announcement was made that they would land in Indy because of the smoke.

No one was hurt, but passengers did have to either rent cars or book new flights.
