(FORT WAYNE) - A Fort Wayne man is charged with felony battery after authorities say he picked up a 10-year-old boy by the neck and threw him into a cabinet.
The Journal Gazette reports the man is 34-year-old Chad Harber and several witnesses told police that Harber abused the boy. They say he pushed the child against a refrigerator before throwing him into a cabinet.
