(EVANSVILLE) - A jury is being chosen in Evansville for the trial of a former Harrison High School teacher who is charged with criminal deviate conduct.
27-year-old Jordan McGuire is accused of giving alcohol to a former student and performing a sex act on him against his will.
If convicted, he could get up to 20 years in prison. He was arrested in March of 2012--nine days after his resignation.
