(UNDATED) - An attorney for Jim Irsay has filed a motion asking for a delay in the trial of the Colts owner on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence.
That trial is on the calendar for August 28th in Hamilton County Superior Court. There has been no response yet from the court or the prosecutor.
Irsay also faces likely disciplinary action by the NFL and the Commissioner's office is not bound by the timing of the trial.
