Columbus Police Arrest Three Accused Of Committing Fraudulent Crimes Across State

(COLUMBUS) - The Columbus Police Department arrested three men last Saturday after authorities said they made fraudulent transactions.

Officers responded to a store in the 700 block of Whitfield Drive on Aug. 9. The store's owner told police the suspects were inside the store approximately two weeks ago and were believed to be part of a group committing fraudulent crimes across the state.

Police detained suspects Mikiael Mosiman, 43, of Indianapolis, and Jordan Fry, 31, of Cicero. A third suspect who fled the scene was later apprehended and identified as 37-year-old Michael Reichel of Cicero.

All three men were transported to the Bartholomew County Jail on preliminary charges of counterfeiting/forgery and theft.

Reichel was also charged with resisting law enforcement.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
