(INDIANAPOLIS) - A man who took a photo of a boy in a public restroom was sentenced Monday to three years in prison.
Police say Robert Gasho was caught taking a cell phone picture of a boy between the cracks of the bathroom stall in February. The boy told his father. Officers found pornographic materials on Gasho's phone.
Gasho pleaded guilty to voyeurism and was sentenced to three years in state prison. He was given credit for 135 days he served in jail.
When the incident occurred, Gasho was on parole and was a registered sex offender.
