(GARY) - The city of Gary will hold a memorial highway naming ceremony in honor of late Mayor Rudy Clay.
Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson will join Representative Charlie Brown for the 10am July 1th ceremony.
The city will rename a portion of Highway 20 the Mayor Rudolph "Rudy" Clay Memorial Highway.
