(CARMEL) - Carmel city officials today will address the impact U.S. 31 construction is having on area businesses.
Mayor Jim Brainard, Chamber President Mo Merhoff and Indiana Department of Transportation Deputy Commissioner Brandye Hendrickson will detail a new city-wide campaign.
