Wabash River Homicide Victim Identified

(VIGO CO.) - A homicide victim whose body was found by two fishermen in the Wabash River in Vigo County has been identified.

Vigo County Chief Deputy Sheriff Clark Cottom says the body of 50-year-old Michael Pollack was recovered from the water Sunday night.

Pollack's last known address was a men's shelter.

He had last been seen on June 3rd, five days before his body was found.

Authorities say the body had been in the river for a few days.
