(COLUMBUS, OH) - An Indiana Guardsman will be sentenced August 8th for having homemade explosive devices in his vehicle in Ohio.
44-year-old Andrew Boguslawski had nine unregistered bombs and four devices that could be converted into bombs when he was stopped for speeding in January on his way from Pennsylvania to Indiana.
