Noblesville Police Arrest Bank Robbery Suspect

(NOBLESVILLE) - Noblesville Police have arrested a suspect in a bank robbery this afternoon.

Police say the man robbed the Community Bank on Logan Street, put the money in a blue bag and fled the scene on foot. According to police, the suspect was armed.

A caller to 911 told dispatchers they thought they spotted the man at the CVS Pharmacy at 2550 Connor Street. When police arrived, they took the suspect into custody without incident.

The man has been identified as 50-year-old Robert Gagle of Noblesville. Police obtained a search warrant for Gagle's vehicle and recovered items relevant to the investigation of the bank robbery.

Gagle was taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
