(FRANKLIN) - A memorial service for the second drowning victim in the Big Blue River will be held today.
The service for 16-year-old Michael Chadbourne will take place at the Franklin High School gym.
Chadbourne and 17-year-old Jason Moran died in the river while trying to rescue 16-year old Sarah McLevish after she was swept over the dam.
