(JENNINGS CO.) - A southern Indiana man is facing a long list of charges following a two county chase.
It started in Jackson County when police said they tried to pull over Thirld Ross for a traffic violation.
He took off and was chased into Jennings County, where he pulled off into field and took off on foot.
An officer, trooper and a K-9 chased Ross into a pond where he eventually surrendered.
Police later discovered Ross had a passenger in his car unrelated to the case.
Ross is charged with criminal confinement, auto theft, resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness involving a vehicle, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless driving, aggressive driving and not having a license.
