(UNDATED) - Indiana State Fair officials and others are helping to decide on what will be the “Signature Food” at this year’s fair.
The contest is kicking off Wednesday inside the Grand Hall at the state fairgrounds.
Indiana State Fair Queen Alyssa Garnett, IUPUI Head Basketball Coach Jason Gardner and others are serving as panelists.
The public will be allowed to vote on which food they think should get the honor. Online voting begins June 23rd and runs through July 6th.
