(TERRE HAUTE) - The Indiana Blood Center and Indiana Mother’s Milk Bank are working together to make donating breast milk easier.
Breast milk is critical to the health of newborns and the Indiana Blood Center is now a donation location for milk.
"We're extraordinary excited for moms," said La Leche League Leader, Devon Kinne. "This is a really positive thing that will allow a lot of moms in league who have a desire or have extra breast milk to be able to pump and donate it."
Mothers who would like to donate can visit Indiana Mother's Milk Bank or Indiana Blood Center for more information.
