75-year-old Robert Waters of Evansville contacted the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office after he say his neighbor ran him over with a four-wheeler.

Robert told sheriff's deputies he was measuring his property for a fence before the incident happened.

Sheriff's deputies spoke with the neighbor, 29-year-old Bradley Wallace, who admitted to intentionally running over Robert.

Authorities say Bradley told them he was tired of his neighbor "messing with him" and wanted him off his property.
