(JEFFERSONVILLE) - A ceremony is planned today for the formal opening of a popular pedestrian bridge across the Ohio River.
A half parade will begin in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky and will meet in the middle of the Big Four Bridge.
The Kentucky ramp opened in February 2013 and an Indiana approach opened last month.
