(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis community activist faces charges of tax evasion and perjury.
50-year-old Byron Alston was arrested Thursday. He is a member of the Ten Point Coalition--a group that combats urban violence.
Alston allegedly hasn't filed state tax returns for several years.
