(FRANKLIN) - A Greenfield man was killed after his parachute apparently malfunctioned during an aerial maneuver.
50-year-old Donald Hauck was skydiving at Franklin Flying Field in Franklin when he attempted a maneuver roughly 100 feet off the ground. Police say his parachute had deployed, but it did not recover in time after the maneuver, causing Hauck to take a hard landing to the ground.
