(NEW CASTLE) - A former student is suing New Castle Community Schools after accusing longtime counselor Darrell Hughes of secretly video-taping students in the shower at his home.
In the lawsuit, the student claims the principal knew about the inappropriate conduct and didn't file a child abuse report.
The suit accuses Hughes of targeting at-risk, minor-age boys and suggests the Department of Child Services director Michael Flemming was aware of the accusations but didn't investigate the school counselor.
