(VINCENNES) - State police are investigating a fatal accident involving a farm tractor and train in Vincennes.
Police say 67-year-old Basil Patrick was driving the tractor on an access road that runs alongside a rail line and turned to cross the tracks when the train approached from behind.
Patrick was pronounced dead at the scene.
