Carnival Workers Arrested For Animal Neglect

(SULLIVAN COUNTY) - Indiana State Police arrested two carnival workers for animal neglect.

Troopers stopped a truck in Sullivan County and found two miniature horses who appeared to be emaciated and in general poor health. The animals also had no water, food or sufficient air flow through the trailer.

The carnival workers were employed by Modern Midways Carnival of Miami, Florida and were traveling from Chadsworth, Georgia to Chicago.
