(JEFFERSONVILLE) - Indiana can't enforce a planned ban on firearms at Saturday's Thunder Over Louisville.

Jeffersonville City Attorney Les Merkley says he received numerous emails and text messages that took issue with the city's list of items that would not be allowed.

Meanwhile, Kentucky officials are coordinating security efforts with more than 120 troopers from Indiana State Police and local police from Clarksville, New Albany and Jeffersonville.
