Last updated on Wednesday, April 9, 2014

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A 16-year-old is in custody for the killing of 24-year-old expectant father Anthony Trapuzzano of Indianapolis.

The suspect, Simeon Adams, is himself recovering from a gunshot wound--after a shooting the day of Trapuzzano's murder. And he is a suspect in an aggravated assault that occurred two days earlier.

Adams is being held at the Juvenile Center but he will be waived directly to adult court for the filing of charges.
