(ANDERSON) - An Edgewood Police officer faces felony charges stemming from a crash that killed a man and injured his pregnant wife.
41-year-old Andrew Foutch of Anderson is charged with OWI causing death, OWI causing serious bodily injury and Reckless Driving.
Jesse Sperry was killed in the April 6th crash, and his wife Rebecca was seriously injured. The baby was delivered after the crash and is being treated at Riley Hospital for Children.
