Man Charged With Investment Fraud

(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis man is charged with a scheme to take money from investors.

57-year-old Kevin James is charged with securities fraud, mail fraud and money laundering while acting as an investment advisor promising higher returns.

James allegedly took $186,000 dollars for cash withdrawals, Colts tickets, a country club membership, mortgage and credit card payments and private school tuition payments. He faces up to 55 years in prison.
